What I Do:
While it may sound cliché, I help real people make well-informed decisions – about some of the most significant transactions of their lives. When buying or selling a home or investment property, the process must be fully understood. It is essential that one is informed, prepared, and confident. I can vividly recall the weight and gravity of such decisions when I was personally going through the process. I intend for my clients' experience to be as stress-free, fun, and exciting as possible. Making sure my clients understand the process of buying a home, selecting the type of home and neighborhood most suited to their needs and negotiating the best deal is my goal.
I help sellers analyze the market and evaluate the options, so in the event that the decision to move forward is made, it can be presented to the market in the most favorable light.
Different By Design:
My former career, as a graphic designer and small business owner, provided many of the skills I feel necessary for success: an eye for aesthetics, strong listening and negotiating skills, organization, attention to detail and diligent research. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to be employed internationally for three and a half years, which gave me the chance to conduct meetings with a wide variety of clients, make decisions based on time and budget constraints and create successful solutions for their needs.
How I Work
My belief is that a successful real estate transaction is one where both the buyer and seller were treated fairly and respectfully, and happy with the results. Success is built on personal touches, win-win deals and positive results. I don't believe in being adversarial to another person, simply because we are on opposite sides of a negotiation (unless, of course, I've been given good reason).
