Would absolutely recommend her to anybody in Columbus, especially first-time buyers who need a sharp advocate they can trust. Kelsey was such a blessing during a really stressful time in our lives. Of the many realtors I'd contacted, she was the first to respond by texting and emailing me first instead of calling and being pushy (for someone new to the real estate purchasing system, getting unexpected calls from strangers can be really intimidating!). She was honest about problems she saw with properties we looked at and she also knew a fair amount about old houses, which was important in our neighborhood. She didn't balk at any of the challenges she was presented (our sale was tricky in many ways - old house, multiple buyers, for sale by owner, etc.) and did an amazing job navigating a tricky sale and negotiating between us and the owner, and I think everyone walked away really happy. She went above and beyond the basic duties of a realtor, and we knew we could trust her to never miss a date or an important detail. Working with Kelsey was wonderful! A lot of things went wrong for us in our house-buying process, but Kelsey was always there for us, extremely responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and up-front. She helped us figure out what offers we should make and helped explain to the seller why his house was actually worth a lot less than his initial asking price - very successfully. She was always on our side and advocating for us when the lender was giving us problems. Working with her felt like working with a good friend, and she is still available to us, even after the purchase, if we have any problems she could help with.
